 UK shipping and International Orders

United Kingdom (inland): Next day delivery before 1 pm. Europe: 3-5 days. Rest of the World: Delivery time depends on your country and any customs clearance delay. - PLEASE NOTE - we have experienced delays when shipping to Mexico and some countries in South America. Please consider possible customs delays when ordering, especially if you need your item by a specific date.- EXCLUSIONS - Due to delivery fulfilment problems, we cannot ship to the following countries, or any destination experiencing conflict. If an order is received wishing for delivery to such destination, then unless an alternative delivery can be agreed, this order will be cancelled and any payment returned. Excluded countries include: Russia / Syria / Iraq / Afghanistan / North Korea / Libya / Nigeria / Central African Republic.
Please note that any orders from outside of the UK you will pay in GBP.

Customs and Duties

Please be aware that items purchased outside the UK may be subject to customs duty or tax according to your local customs authority. This is the customers responsibility and we will not be liable for any charges or fees associated with such charges/taxes. Please check with your local customs office for more information regarding charges/taxes.

Returns / Cancellations

Our jewellery is made to order or commissioned especially for you, with your specifications selected at the time of purchase. We do not hold stock for any items online and when you purchase any of these items you agree to our terms & conditions set out in this policy. 

 

We are unable to accept returns for made to order and custom items. All orders for the supply of goods placed by the Customer with Beckon Jewel are final, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing. A confirmed order may only be cancelled or varied with Beckon Jewel’s written consent. Such consent shall not in any way prejudice Beckon Jewel’s right to recover from the Customer full compensation (including profit) for any loss or expense arising from such cancellation or variation of the original order. Beckon Jewel is under no obligation to agree to vary any order.

If an item is faulty, this can be returned to us for repair of the goods. Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches Beckon Jewel. Returned items must be suitably packaged to protect them in transit and a Recorded or Special Delivery service is used to insure it against loss or damage. We will contact you when a returned item has been received with an estimated processing time for your repair.
